Payment
We use BACS transfer as our preferred method of payment. Please find below the bank details for Susan Berryman and Lorna Templeton. If you are unable to pay using BACS, please let us know and we will arrange an alternative method for making payment.
If you are taking a Puppy Life Skills class or a Teen Paws class, could you please make payment to Susan. If you are taking a Progression class or a Walk and Train class, please make your payment to Lorna. If you have contacted Tail Talk for a 1:1 Session, you will have spoken with either Susan or Lorna and will know who you will be working with. Please make payment to whoever will be doing your session with you.

Payment Timescales
Classes:
Full payment is due as soon as you have confirmation of your booking, usually sent within 48 hours of filling out your booking form.
1:1 Sessions:
Immediately upon receiving confirmation of your booking, either a deposit must be made (where there are more than 14 days between your booking confirmation date and your first appointment date), or full payment is due.
Failure to make payment on time could result in your Class space or 1:1 appointment being cancelled.
