Payment
We use BACS transfer as our preferred method of payment. You will be provided with the appropriate bank details on your invoice (either for Susan Berryman or Lorna Templeton) once your booking is complete. If you are unable to pay using BACS, please let us know and we will arrange an alternative method for making payment.
If you are taking a Puppy Life Skills class or a Teen Paws class, you will make payment to Susan. If you are taking a Progression class or a Walk and Train class, you will make your payment to Lorna. If you have contacted Tail Talk for a 1:1 Session, you will have spoken with either Susan or Lorna and will know who you will be working with. Please make payment to whoever will be doing your session with you. As mentioned above, this will also be clear on your invoice.

Payment Timescales
Classes:
Full payment is due as soon as you have confirmation of your booking. Your invoice will usually be sent within 48 hours of filling out your booking form.
1:1 Sessions:
Immediately upon receiving confirmation of your booking, a £50 deposit must be paid. We will provide you with the details for this. You will receive an invoice after your first session, at which point the remaining payment is due.
Failure to make payment on time could result in your Class space or 1:1 appointment being cancelled.
